We build games and apps that stay installed on Google Play.
RFUS SOLUTIONS is a seven-person studio that takes mobile titles from a napkin sketch through soft launch, Play Store publishing, and years of live-ops after that — no publisher, no hand-off, no disappearing after launch week.

Four disciplines, one small team, no relay race between agencies.
Game development
We prototype in Unity, cut whatever isn’t fun inside the first two weeks, and only take the survivors to a soft-launch cohort before committing real engineering time.
App development
Kotlin and Flutter builds for utility apps that need to survive Android OS updates for years — not just ship once and coast on the first release.
Google Play publishing & ASO
Store listing experiments, staged rollouts, and policy compliance handled end to end, so a launch doesn’t stall on a review rejection nobody saw coming.
Live-ops & updates
Every title on this page ships a content or balance update at least once a quarter — Emberlane Run alone is on update 34 since launch.
Three games, one budgeting app, all still getting updates.

Emberlane Run
Outrun the burning forest, one collapsing plank at a time.

Nine Tin Soldiers
A tabletop siege fought one hex at a time.

Glass Orchard
A quiet, glassy match-three with nowhere to rush to.

Pocket Ledger
The budgeting app for people who quit the other five.
Seven people, four shipped titles, no publisher in between.
RFUS SOLUTIONS started in 2021 as three engineers who’d shipped mobile titles at larger studios and were tired of the approval chains that came with it. Five years later it’s a team of seven working out of Kraków — small enough that everyone plays every build before it ships, and specialized enough to take a project from a sketch to a Google Play listing without handing it to another agency in between.
We keep our own catalog small on purpose. Four live titles means four things actually get watched after launch — support tickets answered, balance patched, store listings re-tested — instead of a long tail of apps nobody has opened the analytics for since 2022.
